My Journey in Logistics – Bringing My Expertise to HJCB Early Logistics Experience

My passion for logistics began in college when I saw a visual of the product life cycle, sparking my curiosity about supply chains and transportation. That moment ignited my curiosity—I wanted to grasp every step of global supply chain movement. I began my logistics journey at Target, where I gained hands-on experience managing freight operations, unloading trucks, and maintaining inventory flow. Building on this experience, I advanced to a leadership role as an inventory team supervisor, refining my skills in stock management and logistics coordination. Transitioning into freight transportation, I became a Class A CDL-licensed driver, gaining firsthand experience in long-haul trucking before advancing to a dock supervisor role, overseeing freight logistics and operations. Eager to bridge the gap between transportation and international trade, I moved into export and import operations, ultimately earning my Customs Broker License to specialize in customs clearance and compliance.

My hands-on trucking experience exposed me to the real-world challenges of logistics—unexpected delays, reroutes, and supply chain disruptions. This insight motivated me to master customs regulations and ensure seamless supply chain operations for businesses and individuals. A single customs delay can disrupt an entire supply chain. My mission is to ensure smooth, reliable, and stress-free customs clearance. Nothing is more rewarding than helping businesses and pet owners avoid costly delays and unnecessary stress.
