We make sure all vet and entry documents are valid before your client’s pet departs for the US – simple process for you and your client

Non formal pets qualify so long as the pet is a family pet, not being purchased, and if being purchased the amount is less than $2500. If a pet needs a CDC Permit they fall under formal entries..

Formal or commercial shipments pertain to pets being purchased for more than $2500 or in some instances, where Customs has decided to only clear formal shipments such as business hours JFK, ORD, MIA & ATL

If a flight is scheduled to arrive after local customs hours there is an after hours rate. If the flight is delayed but was scheduled to arrive during , there is no additional fee.
